Vertical Lift Doors
Vertical Lift Doors are usually used in rooms where it is not possible to use hinge or sliding doors. Then it is necessary to use overhead doors. Our offer includes 3 classes of Vertical Lift Doors which additionally can be made in 3 standards: for industrial rooms (≥6°C), chilling rooms (0°C -6°C) and freezing rooms (0°C- -45°C).
Standard Vertical Lift Doors Door
Standard Vertical Lift Doors is an economy solution accompanied by high quality. This is a product comprising a leaf and a guide made of coated galvanized steel. Solid construction of the door allows for its practical, and at the same time, comfortable use.
Door leaf
For Standard Vertical Lift Doors a door leaf has been made of coated galvanized steel of 0.75 mm in thickness. As a standard, the door is prepared in RAL 9010 colour. Upon a Customer's request, it is possible to use other colours, and moreover each side of the door can have a different colour of coating. The leaf is filled with high-quality two-ingredient polyurethane foam with density of 50 kg/m³. Thickness of the panel for the Standard Vertical Lift Doors is adjusted to temperature of the room where it is to be assembled:
- industrial room – 60 mm,
- chilling room – 80 mm,
- freezing room – 25°C – 100 mm; up to -35°C – 120 mm; up to -45°C – 150 mm.
Glazings
- Plexiglas,
- glass unit,
- safe glass unit,
- glazing in steel frame,
- custom-made measurements.
Types of drives
Normally Vertical Lift Doors are started manually by a chain gear with counterweight system. Upon a Customer's request, the door can be equipped with an automatic drive. As a standard, drives mounted in Wiejak Vertical Lift Doors are started with a pushbutton on the control keypad. As an option, our Customers are offered line-type, radio-type starters or induction loops to make the use of the door easier. Security strip over the edge in the lower panel section and photocell system provide safe use of the doors. The door is equipped with an additional set of protective lines, and also arresting brakes.

For Premium Vertical Lift Doors a door leaf has been made of AISI 304 acid-proof stainless steel of 0.8 mm in thickness. This can be smooth, brushed, or round-mazeration steel. As an option, the door can be made of line-mazeration steel. The leaf is filled with high-quality two-ingredient polyurethane foam with density of 50 kg/m³. Thickness of the panel for the Standard Vertical Lift Doors is adjusted to temperature of the room where it is to be assembled:
