High speed doors

High speed doors are products for an intensive use. These are designed to protect the adjacent rooms from exchange of air masses of different temperature or purity. The doors operate well in cargo handling rooms, and communication routes with forklift and pallet truck transport of high intensity. Our high speed doors are products prepared for an intensive use. Their construction is based upon the highest quality components – of branded suppliers or carefully manufactured on our own. The Wiejak co. has very carefully engineered high speed doors which are not only rapidly and efficiently operated, but also look aesthetic. Our offer includes two classes of high speed doors which additionally can be made in classic and freezer standard with heated selected parts also.

Standard Sectional Door

Standard class sectional door is a product which is composed of construction elements made of coated galvanized steel. Owing to the use of sealing as brushes, the door provides an excellent protection against a blow-through.

Curtain

For Standard high speed doors curtains of flexible PVC or polyester of 1 mm in thickness have been applied. It may be fitted with a small window made of transparent, flexible PVC. The measurements are according to Customer's needs. High speed doors can be equipped with curtains in the majority of RAL colours.

Doorframe

The doorframe for Standard high speed door is made of coated galvanized steel. As a standard, its sealing is a brush system providing reduction in blow-through occurrence. Upon a Customer's request, it can be equipped with a silicone sealing or an Anti-crash guide.

Types of drives

Wiejak high speed doors have German GfA ELEKTROMATEN drives applied. These meet requirements of EN 12453 and EN 12604 safety standards. The "Soft Start" function provides smooth drive start.

Drives applied in Wiejak sectional doors are automatically started. The doors are opened at speed of up to 2 m/s (speed is smoothly controlled), and closed at speed of 0.5 m/s or higher. The door is equipped with a photocell and a pressure-sensitive protective strip. The drive motor and the roller are protected by a strong shield made of coated galvanized steel in any of RAL colours.

Anti-crash System

Wiejak high speed doors can be equipped with a special Anti-crash system protecting the door against costly faults. At crashing onto an obstacle the curtain jumps off from the guides and then while it is being wound down the system automatically brings the curtain in the place. Thanks to this, almost instantly after the crash, the door can be started again with no need of calling the service.

Premium High Speed Door

Premium class high speed door is a product which is composed of construction elements made of high quality AISI 304 acid-proof stainless steel. Its sealing is a silicone seal providing protection against temperature exchange between the rooms.

For Premium high speed doors curtains of flexible PVC or polyester of 1 mm in thickness have been applied. These may be fitted with a small window made of transparent, flexible PVC. The measurements are according to Customer's needs. High speed doors can be equipped with curtains in the majority of RAL colours.

The doorframe for Premium high speed door is made of high-quality AISI 304 acid-proof stainless steel: in smooth, brushed, or round-mazeration design. It is standard-equipped with a silicone seal. Upon a Customer's request, it can be equipped with an Anti-crash guide.
