Sectional doors

Wiejak sectional doors are products developed to satisfy a Customer and his needs. Sectional doors can be applied above all in industrial premises, service halls, workshops, warehouses, etc. This is the diversity of sectional doors that stand behind our idea of creating doors in four standards of craftsmanship – from economy, through mid-class up to the sophisticated production. This enables us to find the best solution for any, even the most demanding Customer.

Premium Plus Sectional Door

Premium Plus class sectional door of chiller standard is a solution for the most demanding Customers. These were effort and commitment of our engineers that allowed us to create a door which is applicable in places with severe conditions, such as: coastal winds, salinisation, moisture or frequent contact with strong chemical agents. Apart from this, the Premium Plus doors are characterized by the market-unique solid sealing – between sections filled with dense polyurethane foam there is a thick, double seal of very good heat insulation properties.

Each element of this solid construction – door panels, guides, hinges and fittings – is made of AISI 304 acid-proof stainless steel characterized by high resistance to corrosion.

Panels

For Premium Plus sectional doors panels of 60 mm in thickness are used. These are covered with high-quality AISI 304 acid-proof stainless steel, and filling is made up of pressed polyurethane foam with density of 50 kg/m³. The Premium Plus sectional doors can be made of smooth, brushed, or round-mazeration steel. Optionally, these can be painted in any RAL colour, as required by the Customer.

Types of drives

Normally the doors are started manually by a chain gear. Upon a Customer's request, the door can be equipped with an automatic drive. As a standard the drives mounted in Wiejak sectional doors are started with a pushbutton on the control keypad. As an option, our Customers are offered line-type, radio-type starters or induction loops to make the use of the door easier. The doors are opened at speed of 16-30 cm/s. In order to protect the supporting springs and the roller, a shield of AISI 304 acid-proof stainless steel has been applied. Security strip over the edge in the lowest section and photocell system provide safe use of the doors. The door is also equipped with a safety device to prevent the springs from breaking.

Premium Sectional Door

Premium class sectional door of chiller standard is an economy solution for the demanding Customers. Panels of the door are made of coated galvanized steel, and other construction elements – guides, hinges and fittings – of AISI 304 acid-proof stainless steel characterized by high resistance to corrosion.
